Returns and refunds

To ensure you receive the best quality flower bulbs, we will ship your flower bulbs when they are ready for planting. We therefore advise you to plant the bulbs as soon as possible after receipt.

Farmer Gracy takes responsibility for the gardening elements within control. Since we have no control over the weather, critters, sunlight, moisture and similar regional factors that may impact the growth of flower bulbs in your garden, we cannot guarantee that your flower bulbs will grow under any and all conditions.

Returning your purchase

Should there be anything wrong with the items you have ordered and received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt:

Refunds

If you decide to withdraw the contract, we can:

  • Redeliver the same items;
  • Offer you a voucher worth the full purchase price + any shipping costs;
  • Refund you the full purchase price + any shipping costs.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by means of a statement (in writing, by telephone or by e-mail) that you wish to withdraw the contract. To ensure fast and accurate processing, we ask you to include your order number in the statement.

Please note

  • This provision is applicable only if you make use of your right of withdrawal within 14 days after delivery of the items.

  • Reimbursement of the purchase price is paid by your preferred payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned items.
