Anemone 'Fullstar Mix'

Poppy anemones are best-known in their 'St Brigid' or 'De Caen' strains, with single or semi-double flowers in soft and bright vibrant colours. However, there is a new strain, the 'Fullstar' anemones, that take us one-step further, with fully double, almost pompom-like blooms. And we are delighted to offer this Anemone coronaria 'Fullstar Mix', containing a range of the beautiful, vibrant colours available. With these whites and soft pinks, to deeper pink and the blues and mauves, you will give your garden an exciting and vivacious look in late spring and early summer. Each bloom is packed with petals, which look amazing from the moment they break bud. The leaves are bright green, and finely divided to give them an almost fern-like look!

These impressive Israeli-bred anemones are a real treat, and are perfect for the front of beds and borders, on seasonal rock gardens, and in containers, in either full sun or part shade. They are also great for mixed cutting gardens, as the blooms are long-lasting (both on the plant AND once cut) and they come on long stalks — just right for the vase; the ‘Fullstar’ Anemone range is widely used in the cut-flower trade.
