Description
As you’d expect from the name, Pimpernel Tulips are scarlet, but there’s more to them than that. The feathery green markings that distinguish viridiflora tulips from their sisters look fabulous against the red, and you can expect each bloom to last for up to three weeks. The pointed petals open with grace, curving back slightly as the crimson heart of each bloom is exposed.
Escape from the grimness and chill of winter with the help of your spring flower garden and your Pimpernel Tulips. Their warm red combines well with bright golds, all shades of green, and of course, white.
