Description
Pretty as a picture, Tulip 'Lady Jane' proves that botanical tulips really can be spectacular. The outer petals are tinged with pink, creating symphony in pink and white. Plant Tulip clusiana 'Lady Jane' with narcissi or create a harmony with Lady Jane tulips and grape hyacinths (muscari). They do need to be planted relatively close together if you want the best effect, but they have one more surprise in store. Unlike the spectacular hybrid tulips, clusiana Lady Jane is able to re-sprout and give you the same performance year after year. If your garden soil is well-drained, the bulbs may not even require lifting for storage. This is a true 'perennial' tulip.
On the 3rd and 4th image, you can see the strikingly beautiful colour contrasts of Tulip 'Lady Jane' with Muscari armeniacum and Muscari 'Mount Hood'.
