That means Tulip 'Exotic Emperor' opens early in the spring just when you’re eagerly awaiting the first blooms of spring. With its sweet scent and very showy green and cream blooms, you’ll certainly get into the spring mood the moment the buds begin to show colour. Individual blooms are long-lasting, with some people reporting a bloom life of six weeks – and vase performance is also excellent.
