Sauromatum venosum

voodoo lily

If you have a taste for unusual plants with a hint of peculiar, this wacky number is right up your street! Any connoisseur for plants with spectacular, intricate detail will be well and truly drawn in to the magnificent, dramatic beauty of this dark charmer, which from early summer speedily produces an arum-like spotted spathe centred by a great long dark maroon spadix.
