Description
The world is your oyster (or at least your garden will be) if you plant a pretty patch of Muscari 'White Pearl'. You can embellish your borders with glamorous clusters of bead-like blooms, effortlessly brandished by these beautiful white grape hyacinths. Although dainty, these simple and chic white flowers make an impressive impact when planted in generous groups or swathes in borders. You can also plant Muscari 'White Pearl' close in pots and enjoy in spring as they froth above the brim like foam. Not only is this perennial bulb something to look forward to seeing return year after year, but they gradually multiply too, so the displays you initially create keep getting better as the years go by!
Cleverly, Muscari 'White Pearl' develops the faintest hint of aquamarine as the flowers mature. The change is very subtle but you my notice your display looks a little cooler in tone at the end of the flowering season compared with how it started. Muscari 'White Pearl' are very easy to grow and happy to be planted in most places, including borders, grass, pots, rockeries, gravel areas and window boxes. You can create a pretty combination by planting this with Muscari 'Pink Sunrise' or other April flowers like narcissi or tulips.
