Mangave
'Silver Fox'
Mangave 'Silver Fox' is the perfect blend of elegance and spiky charm, ideal for those looking to add a touch of sophistication to their garden. This striking succulent forms a rosette of silver-green, fleshy leaves that are not only sharp and pointed but also adorned with jagged, toothed edges that give it an almost sculptural appearance. Whether planted in a container or nestled into the edges of a border, Mangave 'Silver Fox' effortlessly catches the eye with its silvery sheen and bold structure, offering an effortlessly chic vibe to any space.
A resilient and low-maintenance plant, Mangave 'Silver Fox' thrives in sunny or half-shady spots with well-drained soil, where it will settle in comfortably with minimal care. Its compact, rosette-forming habit makes it perfect for smaller gardens or containers, where it can grow slowly but steadily, providing a reliable and stunning focal point. Unlike its more delicate relatives, Mangave 'Silver Fox' is built to withstand varying conditions, making it a great choice for gardeners seeking an easy-going plant with an edge. Whether placed in a border, atop a rock, or in a stylish pot, Mangave 'Silver Fox' will stand out for its elegance and resilience, making it a must-have for any garden in need of a little extra flair.

Plant calendar
Check each plant’s specifications. Hardy perennials can remain outdoors, while half-hardy and tender varieties should be kept frost-free until the risk of frost has passed.
Plant within a month, preferably sooner. Choose a suitable position, remove weeds and loosen the soil thoroughly, adding compost or well-rotted organic matter where needed.
Gently remove the plant from its pot and plant with the root ball level with the soil surface. Firm gently, water well and add a plant label.
Water regularly until established and whenever the soil feels dry during spring and summer. Feed container-grown plants fortnightly during active growth to encourage healthy flowering.
