Description
Fun, playful and colourful like the pink-yellow Dutch pastry confection it’s named after, Lily 'Tom Pouce' does seem to aim its appeal directly at the senses. Its colouring will certainly stimulate the taste buds of those with a sweet tooth. And certainly its fragrance would satisfy the sense of smell. Visually it’s not hard to understand that Lily 'Tom Pouce' is sometimes called the Rainbow Lily. The light pinkish purple petals are splashed with a custard yellow icing which spills out from the green centre!
A light sprinkling of freckles and dark cinnamon anthers held aloft on green stamen put the icing on top of the dessert.
