Description
Delosperma 'Ice Cream Salmon' is a succulent that brings a refreshing touch of colour and texture to your garden. This mat-forming, evergreen beauty grows to just 5-15 cm in height, making it a perfect choice for filling in gaps, softening borders, or providing ground cover in sunny, dry spots. Its daisy-like flowers, in soft salmon pink with a gentle pink heart, offer a subtle yet stunning contrast against the thick, fleshy leaves. Delosperma 'Ice Cream Salmon' creates a warm, inviting display that catches the eye without being too flashy—just the right balance of charm and elegance.
What makes Delosperma cooperi 'Ice Cream Salmon' truly special is its resilience and ease of care. Thriving in well-drained, poor soils, it’s an ideal choice for areas that need a low-maintenance plant that still delivers impressive results. Drought-tolerant and evergreen, this hardy succulent will keep your garden looking vibrant year-round with minimal effort. Once established, Delosperma 'Ice Cream Salmon' will happily spread, offering soft, long-lasting blooms that add a touch of colour throughout the summer months. If you’re after a reliable, easy-care plant with a bit of personality, Delosperma 'Ice Cream Salmon' is the perfect addition to your garden.
Our Delosperma 'Ice Cream Salmon' plants are supplied as a root ball with healthy growth, ensuring a strong start. They are carefully shipped in our unique cardboard box, designed to keep them safe and in top condition. This ensures they arrive healthy and ready to thrive in their new home.
Delosperma gets its name from Greek words delos (visible) and sperma (seed) because its shiny seeds are clearly seen through the open fruit.

Soak your Delosperma 'Ice Cream Salmon' roots in water for 3-6 hours prior to planting.
Plant your "Ice plant" bare roots into temporary pots with a multipurpose compost in spring and grow-on in a sheltered spot outdoors.
