Collection: Samba begonia tubers

It’s easy to see where Samba Begonias Bulbs got their name. The flowers they flaunt are very reminiscent of the ruffled skirts and petticoats worn by South American dancers in the flamboyant Samba dance. The tropical fruit salad colouring of these fresh and slightly cheeky Samba Begonia blooms, further adds to their exotic appearance. Samba Begonia flowers are doubles and can reach a large 6in or 15cm in diameter when opened fully to reveal their multiple layers of petals. Often likened to carnations, these flowers will attract both onlookers and pollinators such as butterflies and bees. Remember to wet your Samba Begonias regularly, but don’t leave them standing in water.
