Collection: Gaura bare roots
If you're looking for a plant which will effortlessly create an airy, hazy effect in a summer border, get your hands on a Gaura or two! This resilient, hardy perennial, also known as Lindheimer's beeblossom or just beeblossom is low maintenance, drought tolerant and eventually establishes into a bushy mass of wiry stems, each topped with dainty flowers which flutter in the breeze like butterflies. Gaura is easy to grow and flowers for an impressively long period during summer, asking for very little in return for its efforts. Gaura (or Oenothera) is a hit in the latest garden designs, and looks especially good when combined with other dry-garden delights like ornamental grasses and Verbena bonariensis.
